I teach Chi Gung and Tai Chi to groups and individuals that are interested in taking an active role in their personal health and well being. I have found these practices to be a fantastic method of self cultivation regardless of specific personal goals. I have worked with people that learned and used these skills and methodology to go from weak to strong, ill to vibrant and from injured to functioning and beyond.
