Chi Gung or Qigong
Chi Gung (alternatively spelled Qigong or chi kung) is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements performed in a meditative manner often stretching the body's tissues, increasing fluid movement (blood, synovial and lymph) and building awareness of how the body moves through space.The genius behind these sets is that they teach principles and skills that can be integrated into any other system of movement, from martial arts to dance. These skills enhance and improve the instrument through which we express all we do, our bodies.
